Graduation Ceremony & Dining Cocktail Reception

All delegates are invited to take part in the Graduation Ceremony & Dining Cocktail Reception that will be held on Tuesday 13 December from 18:00 to 22:30 at the Concert Noble. (See instructions on how to reach the venue below.) The EUPATI team will be pleased to welcome you at the entrance as of 17:30.

Conference Welcome Desk

On Wednesday 14 December the EUPATI team will be pleased to welcome you from 8:00 until 16:45 on the groundfloor of the Ravenstein entrance of  The Square (See instructions on how to reach the venue below). Participants are invited to present themselves at the Welcome Desk on the groundfloor to receive their badges and the conference documents. The Conference in itself will take place in Hall 400 on the 4th floor.

Conference Language

The language of the workshop will be English.

Lunch & Coffee Breaks

The lunch & coffee breaks will be served in Hall 100 on the 1st floor.

FROM THE BRUSSELS AIRPORT

By Bus

In the Brussels Airport passenger terminal, take the lift to 0 and buy your ticket (4,50€ one way) from the GO ticket vending machines before boarding.

For Brussels, you may take the Bus Airport 12 direction Brussels City. Get off at the last stop, Luxembourg.

At Luxembourg, head right on Rue de Trèves/Triestraat toward Rue Montoyer. Turn left onto Rue Belliard. Turn right onto Rue d’Arlon. Concert Noble will be on your left.

Journey time: 38 min

 

 

By Train

In the Brussels Airport passenger terminal, take the lift to -1 and buy the Airport City Express train ticket (8.50 € one way) at the ticket machines or ticket office. For Brussels, you may take any train at platform 1, 2 or 3. There are 4 direct trains per hour (h09 – h 24 – h 36 – h 51) with a journey time of about 15 minutes. Have a connection at Brussels-Schuman Station/ Gare Bruxelles-Schuman.

 When arriving at Brussels-Schuman, take the metro line 1 or 5 direction Gare de l’Ouest or Erasme and get off one stop later at Maalbeek/Maelbeek.

When exiting the station at Rue de la Loi/Westraat, head left on Rue de la Loi/Westraat toward Rue de Trèves/Trierstraat. Turn left onto Rue d’Arlon/Aarlenstraat. Concert Noble will be on your right.

Journey time: 30 min.

 

 

By Taxi

Taxis are located just outside the arrival hall at the airport. Taxis are metered and the cost should be around 35-40.00 €. Travel time in taxi to the Workshop venue is usually 25 min or more depending upon traffic.

FROM BRUSSELS SOUTH RAILWAY STATION / GARE DU MIDI

By Train

When buying your international train ticket, you will have the possibility to add an ‘All Brussels Stations’ option (6.00 € for a second class ticket and 8.00 € for a first class ticket). Should you have done so, use your international train ticket to take the train to Brussels-Schuman / Gare Bruxelles-Schuman.

 When arriving at Brussels-Schuman, take the metro line 1 or 5  (direction Gare de l’Ouest – Erasme) and get off one stop later at Maalbeek/Maelbeek.

When exiting the station at Rue de la Loi/Westraat, head left on Rue de la Loi/Westraat toward Rue de Trèves/Trierstraat. Turn left onto Rue d’Arlon/Aarlenstraat. Concert Noble will be on your right.

Journey time: 30 min

 

By Metro

Take Metro line 2 or 6 (direction Simonis – Elisabeth). Get off 6 stops later at Arts-Loi / Kunst-Wet.

When exiting at the station on “Rue des Arts”, turn right on Rue de la Loi toward Rue du Commerce. Keep walking on Rue de la Loi on 400m. Turn right onto Rue d’Arlon (it will be the fourth street on your right). Concert Noble will be on your right.

You can purchase a ticket before boarding the metro from the GO vending machines. It will cost you 2.10 € (the ticket is available for 2 hours and in all public transportation means). FIY, the cost of day ticket is 7.50 €.

The whole journey will take around 16 min. Please do not forget to obliterate your ticket when boarding the metro, tram or bus.

From the Motel One Brussels

By Walk

When exiting the hotel, head right on Rue Royale and after 120m, turn left on Rue Royale. Turn left onto Rue de la Loi. Turn right onto Rue d’Arlon. Concert Noble will be on your right.

Journey time: 18-20 min.

 

 

By Metro

When exiting the hotel, turn left and walk up Rue Royale to the Metro station Parc. Take line 1 or 5 (direction Hermann Debroux – Stockel) and get off 2 stops later at Maalbeek/Maelbeek.

When exiting the station at Rue de la Loi/Westraat, head left on Rue de la Loi/Westraat toward Rue de Trèves/Trierstraat. Turn left onto Rue d’Arlon/Aarlenstraat. Concert Noble will be on your right.

The whole journey will take around 30 min. Please do not forget to obliterate your ticket when boarding the metro, tram or bus.

When exiting the station by the main entry, turn left on Rue Infante Isabelle. Turn slightly on the left and walk up the street. Go straight on and cross the street to Rue Mont des Arts / Kunstberg. Walk up the street to the junction with Rue Ravenstein. The entrance will be on your left on the top of the street.

Journey time: 10 min.

The hotel is located at walking distance from the workshop venue (10/15 min).

When exiting the hotel, take Rue Royale toward Rue de Louvain. Turn right onto Rue Baron Horta, take the stairs. Turn left onto Rue Ravenstein. The entrance will on your right. 

 

By Tram

When exiting the hotel, turn left and walk up Rue Royale to the tram stop Congrès / Congres. Take the tram, line 92 direction Fort-Jaco or 93 direction Legrand and get off 3 stops later at Royale / Koning. When exiting the tram, turn right and walk up to the place in front of you. Leave the Musée Magritte on your left. Turn left on Rue Montagne de la Cour. The Ravenstein Entrance will be on your left.

 

You can purchase a ticket on the tram. The ride will cost you 2.50 € and last for about 15-20 min depending upon traffic.
